The Frisky Biscuit would like to take this time to update you on our actions regarding the Coronavirus (COVID-19). Our number one priority is the health, well-being, and safety of our community. We are taking every safety precaution possible to keep our employees and customers safe and reduce the risk of spreading the virus. I want to personally assure our customers that we are monitoring the COVID-19 situation in our area, and I have closely consulted with health experts. Beyond merely using hand sanitizer, our employees are following rigorous handwashing guidelines. We have started continuously wiping down surfaces between customers and have also instituted a daily deep disinfecting cleaning at night.
I want to personally thank all our customers who have been so kind and considerate in our dealing with the Coronavirus. Be assured; The Frisky Biscuit Couples Boutique will remain open
until we are instructed otherwise. As of now, all orders placed via our website will be shipped as normal.
During this time, we are going to change some of the ways we do business:
1. Our store will stay open and you are free to come in, have a free glass of wine (while supplies last) and shop. We are setting a limit of 10 people in the store at a time.
2. If you know what you want from our store, you can call us to ensure your items are in stock and place your order, and we will charge your credit card. When you pull up at the store, call us to say you’ve arrived and we’ll bring your order out to you. You will need to show ID that matches your payment and sign your credit card receipt.
3. If pick up isn’t what you want, you can call and place your order over the phone. We will confirm that your items are in stock and accept payment. We will deliver (mileage restrictions apply) your products to you. Upon arriving at your location, you’ll sign your credit card receipt and receive your products.
